My name is Pamela Goelde Norman, patient. I do not much care for Surry Hospital due to circumstances best left unsaid, however, that does not include my review for the excellent care given by Charlotte at Surry Medical Center.
I was called to the desk immediately upon arrival for my 6:00 pm appointment treated very professionally by staff , called by the nurse before taking a seat :) , the nurse called me back for exam and information. Dr. Hutton arrived within 2 minutes of the nurses departure. The last few times I’ve been here there was little wait and informative providers.
Tony takes very good care of me.
Dr. Cartledge and his nurse are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and have always been eager to help with any and all concern.
I think Charlotte is a wonderful provider, she listens to my concerns and will always work hard to find out what the medical problem is and the best way to address it..
My first visit was a very good experience. The staff were all very professional and pleasant to work with. Enjoyed my session with Melissa and Dr. Gardner. They were very helpful and offered any help to me that I needed. I am looking forward to success with this weight loss program.
i waited in the exam room after the nurses consultation and 2 hours later without so much as an update or checking in on me so i decided to leave. I did not notify anyone as i was leaving. I was very disappointed.
The staff and PA were so wonderful. It had been over two years since I’d seen a doctor, they made me feel very welcomed.
