Excellent service, fast & efficient. Did not wait long, even though they did not keep you waiting, they still took time to listen to your concerns & addressed your issues. Also gave you options on your treatment & care. Was well pleased with service & have found a quality family practice that I will be using in the future.
When was the last time you went to a doctors appointment and it was on time? Be honest...Answer (NEVER). Well I can say not only was my appointment on time I was called back 5 minutes early! The whole appointment was quick, detailed, staff is professional and courteous.
As always, Dr. Gardner was great. He is such a kind and caring individual.

i had blood drawn on 4-2-18 I still have not seen the results nor have they been sent to my doctor. I have checked several times on myhealthrecord still nothing also i needed another appointment for 10 weeks and was sent out to lobby to wait in a long line of sick people the computers should be connected so that the woman with no personality in lab could schedule an appointment

I don't think the person who checked me in fully understood the process of admitting past patients of Dr. Kim, but who are new to your office. She was pleasant but seemed a bit flustered. No worries, just an observation, since you asked. I am a VA Choice patient and saw Dr. Kim four times at the office on Westlake Drive. I brought all my records and my VA card and VA Authorization with me yesterday. Jennifer and Dr. Kim were excellent in their service. Couldn't ask for a better team.
They always do an excellent job. Everyone is friendly and the visit is always quick and efficient.
Quick service and friendly staff after looking for a provider who takes new patients for two years local who takes our medical Insurance carrier! Great place to have everything you need!
