I was very upset when I showed up and was told I had to sign a paper stating I would be responsible for the extra charge because my appointment was after 5pm. If you are open after 5pm then it is not after hours.... That is your office hours!! Does Walmart chage extra if you come after 5?? NO because that is their hours!

There is a bit of confusion on which side to report to upon arrival for an appointment. It would help when scheduling an appointment if the person making it would ask or offer that information upon scheduling. I checked in and sat waiting on the wrong side for about 15 minutes before I was told where to go.
100% satisfied. Was not kept waiting and was treated very well by everyone there.
