The support staff at Northern Family Medicine continues to be welcoming even when I am an early morning customer. I am so glad to have Dr. Kim to care for me.
Tony was very professional. I was Impressed.
My first impression was clean ,polite, smooth ,they moved me thur each dept for my treatment and diagnosis and the people in these departments expected me ,everyone was friendly ,I saw a Doctor which Is getting rare these days , his prescriptions were on target and started helping me ,the next day I felt a lot better . Still expecting to here about my blood work but that does take a little time ,so far very happy with NFM !
I did not feel as if the provider really listened to my concerns. I felt as if I was being dismissed.
As usual, I was seen in a timely matter. My medical team was thorough but friendly.
This was the first time I had seen this Doctor. And I was highly impressed, she was friendly and very knowledgeable. I wouldnt ever have an issue seeing her again. Highly pleased
I am so grateful that I have been seen by your group, am very pleased with it. I recently tried to sign up online with you to get info. on my appts. and treatment, but have been unsuccessful.

My doctor was great but I do not like calling and not getting to talk with someone right then and there, I find that very impersonal
