The entire team was supportive and always take the time to listen. All my needs were met and l left with a positive felling of where I was health wise after my physical.
My experience at the facility if always very peasant. I love my Doctor, D. Nelson Gardner. He is a family friend. I have Medicare and BCBS of NC.

My most recent visit was extremely pleasant. My wait time was less than 10 minutes. Each staff member was polite. My provider was thorough witj explanations and seemed to value my opinions as we discussed my healthcare.

My appointment with Laura Hedlund was cancelled due to her resignation. I asked for an appointment with DR. Majure as I had seen him before when he worked at North Point.. Actually my prescriptions were ordered originally by him.. I was told to call back later. Is he now making appointments?? Meanwhile, something is wrong with the patient portal..
