Have been a patient of Mike Cartledge for the last 10-12 years, minus the <4 years I was living in Atlanta. I have always received excellent, professional care from what was previously Northwest Medical Partners, and now that I have returned to Mt. Airy to spend out the rest of my life, I have no doubt that I'll receive the same level of care that I've come to know from the staff at North Family Practice.

I have been a patient of Dr Gardner for 30 yr. He treats not only me but my wife as well. He has been more than a physician to us but a real "life saver". I have the upmost trust and faith in him and his team. They are excellent!!!

I arrived about half hour before my appt. I got taken back a few minutes before my appt at 630pm and was made to wait in a room for about 45 min. The doctor came in for about no more than 5 minutes and somehow thought he knew what I needed and left. He was not my regular doctor but my regular one did not have an appointment for me so I was stuck with Dr. Minton who in my opinion did not know what was wrong with me. office visit, Appo was at 11.00 called back about 11.40 the waited until after 12.00 before Dr came in. Kinda slow in my book. rest of visit ok.

The service was fine the day of my appointment. However, day I made the appointment I spoke to one of the rudest health care professionals with whom I have ever dealt. Her name was Tiffany. I had to ask on Monday because she was wearing a name tag.
