Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Never makes you feel uncomfortable. Very pleasant visits
Over the last year I have become more and more dissatisfied with the quality of care I, and my family members, have received. I feel as though we are not priority and basically feel "dumb-downed". I feel as though we are cattle to be herded and the knowledge and help we are seeking is just not there. The last time I was there I had white blisters all over my throat. The "medical assistant" barely even touched the back of my throat when she swabbed it. I am a certified medical assistant and know how to swab a throat. I almost... read more
Great place, Charlotte always takes time with me and really cares how everyone feels. Very comfortable place to visit.
Doctor and nursing assistant excellent, office support staff could be better.

Your time is not important to this medical facility. The Dr. is way overbooked and understaffed. Doctor Minten works as hard as he can and still tries to give time to you as a patient, but nobody should have to wait almost 90 minutes to see the doctor from your scheduled appt. time
I hate that the cost to see Dr. Gardener has gone up. It hurts us out of pocket folks. It's crazy how many patients they squeeze in b/c it makes our wait time rather lengthy. Such is the medical world.
The Dr was very good....treatment is working...
I really like the new Lab. I am in and out in no time!
