Have the most understanding and concerned visit with Dr. Majure always.
After a long restless night for my daughter and me we took advantage of the walk in clinic on a Saturday. We waited 8 minutes and were called up to be checked in (1st step is to sign in on a tablet as you enter the medical side). The service was excellent and Valerie was kind, patient and sympathetic. We waited another 10 to 15 minutes and we were called back. The nurses "tag teamed" my daughter and I to expedite our service. They also were extremely nice and patient. Saw Dr. Majure to establish Care. He was competent, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. His staff greeted me with respect and care. I was seen on time and the whole experience was efficient.

I'm really pleased with my care from Nicole. However, the communication between doctor and referral department needs work.
Some of these new girls in the lab don't know how to find veins. they need to get more training before they are put in lab to draw blood out of real, live patients. It is intimidating enough to have to get blood drawn without having lab tech stick you several times because she can't find veins that are there. Actually the lab tech I had today did good, however we are seriously thinking about using another lab because this has happened more than once with more than one of our family members.
