Three days after my dad was intubated doctor calls me and like nothing tells me that all we could do was crossed our fingers for my dad to make it through the night. I knew theres was something wrong there. I called others hospitals and requested my dad to be transferred to Memorial Medical Center in Las Cruces. I am an employee of Flowers Hospital, but my mother in law spent the last month there due to Covid, she had amazing care from the ER to 4 South, to SICU, back to 4 South to finally 5th floor! She never used Flowers till I worked there... and I am happy she got the best care available! Special shout out to Kerry, Savannah, and Mychel on 5!

They killed my daddy. He was there and our family trusted them to care for him since we are not allowed there because of Covid. They took him off his blood thinners which he had to have. I was recently admitted to GRMC due to COVID related complications. Even though the staff, from the ED to the COVID floor, were stretched beyond comprehension each and every one provided excellent care and had a few minutes to just chat. This was important in combating the isolation felt not being able to have visitors or even the ability/energy to walk in the hallway. There is no way I can begin to remember the names of the nurse, PCTs, respiratory therapists, radiology techs, lab, and physicians. Linda Morris (ED NP), ED n... read more
The Bone and Joint program is phenomenal! Education was done prior to the knee replacement and let us know exactly how to prepare before surgery and what to expect during and after the hospital stay. Dr. Graber and nurses from OR to post surgical care were fabulous. Kelly, the joint therapist, was so good at explaining everything during the therapy sessions and the therapists at the PARC couldn’t be better at the rehab process. There is absolutely no reason to travel outside of PB for a joint replacement.
