The ER is awful, they let my son stay in there all day with a cut finger bleeding, after waiting all day they didn’t sew his finger up right, he had to come back to the ER, we have been sitting here one hour has not even been called yet only one person was here when we got here🤔

Great staff, treats you like family. Dr. Arnold is a fabulous surgeon. The surgery staff has it down when it comes to preparing for surgery. Nice, helps you relax! The aftercare is the best I've ever had. Super efficient and makes me feel like I'm their only patient. And the food - WOW. Better than some restaurants. Definitely not "hospital" food. I had emergency surgery last year in July and the care was wonderful. I received all bills but one. the one bill I didn't get was the one straight from the hospital itself and I didn't receive till a few days before Christmas, 5 almost 6 months after surgery. I have been calling every day leaving messages and have also called the 800 number on my Bill and left messages as well. no one has called me back. I have also sent emails. the response from the hospital is so slow. here's to actually someone seeing this from there and ... read more

ER has been most satisfactory during the past 7 years we have lived here--had to use it about 6 times and could not expect any better than how we were treated. Two ended up in hospital stays and there was no one on the staff we encountered that shouldn't be complimented on their care and attention.
