The ER is the worst. Nurse “unhappy” to clean up a soiled elderly woman. No compassion at all. Mother went in for broken shoulder and possible stroke. Acted like they couldn’t be bothered. Very sad. Asked her to walk, said she couldn’t, they said “your legs aren’t broken.” Had to go to another ER for proper care. 😔

Came in with pain in my knee sat in the waiting room forever . Then they call me back to have a xray . They said 30 min it's been over an HR . Ask for at least some ibuprofen for pain and swelling . No they can't give me that they said in the waiting room ! So I geuss your supposed to just sit here and suffer ! people who were here way before me are still sitting here waiting ! This is the worse hosp I have ever been too !

I have had 2 PE in my lungs I went today for chest pain and tightness the only thing they did was ran blood work and sent me home the same way I came day shift is awful. didn't treat me for my pain. but my door open and I hear them ask another patient if they needed anything for pain straight discrimination.
Awful ER personnel, rude, seemed bothered to break up conversation to help someone coming in for help
The service is just horrible. Some of the staff are just flat out mean and over all, the experience was more of a government supported community hospital. Very disappointed.

The worst hospital!!! They made patient leave while she was bleeding out right after having heart surgery!!!
RecommendedI went into the ER yesterday morning for treatment. The nurses were wonderful, wish I could remember your names, Dr. Johanson was wonderful too. Everyone checked in on me, including the doc, every 15-30 minutes. Great service, I walked out 90% better than I walked in, today I’m 100%. Thank you all for your care and professionalism.

RecommendedI had to take my 12 year old daughter to ENMMC ED and everyone was great from start to finish. Especially grateful for their kindness and patience because my daughter was very nervous. Everyone explained everything to her and always gave her reassurance. A big thank you to everyone who helped care for her!
