RecommendedMy dad is currently being cared for due to Covid-19. Everyone has been amazing. They always keep our family in the loop and my dad said that they have been so wonderful to him. Thank you for taking care of my dad and for treating him like family! You are all heroes!!

RecommendedMy experience at Willow Creek has been exceptional! Every single person from admissions, pre op, doctors and post op has given me so much confidence in this hospital. Compassion, combined with professionalism and knowledge has not always been my experience at other facilities. I feel so blessed to be a patient here. My very best experience without a doubt.
My Dad went in because of covid was there a little less than a week. They sent him home with no medicine, o2 , inhaler nothing. He was home less than 24 hrs before he had to be taken to Harris Sw were it was quickly found he had double pneumonia and a pulmonary embolism! This hospital, the staff, doctors and whoever else involved with this piss poor excuse for a hospital should be shut down before they kill someone due to their willful negligence. I wouldn’t take a stray animal to this place.

The ER doctor on call tonight was extremely rude, and sent my daughter home, after approximately THREE hours of waiting, WITHOUT the proper examination, and much needed antibiotics! I will be contacting Hospital Administrator first thing in the morning! She left ENMMC in tears, drove to Lovelace, where she received the appropriate medical care. Thank you Lovelace.
RecommendedThe clinic is awesome! The medical staff goes above and beyond to do a thorough work up and listen to everything you have to say. Recently went for a well visit for my son and Santa was there with small little gifts! My son usually screams for shots and the nurse we had knew exactly what to do! It was the best he’s ever been! She even gave my kids a popsicle after. Very impressed ☺️

My daughter had a severe asthma attack and I took her to ER at LGMC. I had to wait to get her seen as she struggled to get any air in her lungs! When she was seen she was given IV magnesium and a breathing treatment. Minutes after her breathing treatment she began to struggle to breathe, I told the ER doctor who gave a verbal order to give another treatment. (I told them she been taking them at home and they weren’t opening up her lungs). Neither the doctor or the nurse reassessed her lungs. They said they wanted to admit he... read more

RecommendedMy mother was admitted and given excellent care by Adam in the E.R., Pam Morrison in ICU, Kathy, and Ryan in PCU. It's this kind of nurses that MAKE A DIFFERENCE by going the extra mile to explain and really care about you and your loved ones. One nurse in ICU would just answer "yes" or "no" and I wont say her name but that was ridiculous. I know these nurses are under a heavy work load plus trying to answer calls of family members who are concerned about their loved ones. Worst hospital I have ever been too. If there was any other choice in this town..... Calling an ambulance now to pick me up from here and take me somewhere else.
