I purchased furniture in October of 2022. I ordered a kitchen island for my new home. It was delivered upside down, broken, and discolored. I spent hours on hold trying to correct the situation. I was finally told that they would send out a technician to look at the island and they would call me to schedule on the following Monday. I never heard from them. Finally, on Thursday I called back.
