Joel did a complete cleaning of our fireplace, our gas burner and pilot fixture. He discovered that our wall switch needed to be replaced and the invoice price was so reasonable. We plan to only use Northco Fire for future maintenance----thank you so much Joel for allowing us to use our gas fireplace again!

Brian with Northco Fire came out to fix our fireplace in the recent “Bomb Cyclone Blizzard”! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to explain what was wrong and how he would fix it. As a result we were able to spend the day during the Blizzard enjoying our warm fireplace. Our thanks to Brian and Northco.
My 20 year old **** *** ***needed some much needed TLC+! Joel came and took it apart piece by piece. When he finished it looked and worked like brand new! When he left I felt like I had a new friend. I will be spreading the word about how great Joel and Northco Fire are!
Very professional along with follow up if necessary. Cleaning the glass and screen is included in service call. Have had other service companies out but Northco is head and shoulders above any other. Prompt and courteous and keeps you informed. Will definitely use again.
This company did a great job on my fireplace. It looks like new! They arrived on time and were very courteous and friendly. My pilot light is fixed and the fireplace is so clean. They even added some glowing embers that were missing. Enjoying it!

Always prompt, professional, clean, courteous and reasonably priced! Brian K**** is honest and very knowledgeable! I always feel safer operating our fireplace after he services it. He recommends needed parts and service only when necessary. I always receive a quote prior to deciding on additional services if needed. There are never any surprise added fees!
