Northco Fire is the very best ! We just had our fireplace serviced last week and it works and looks brand new . ( It's 28 years old ) **** did a great job and was very informative. I would highly recommend Northco Fire to anyone that is looking to get their fireplace services. It is well worth the investment. I was very impressed with their professionalism and quality of work.

Joel from NorthCo fire just left from repairing my fireplace that would not ignite. I was so impressed with his expertise, he explained exactly what he was doing and explained how to operate all the controls, some of which I was unaware of. He went above and beyond my expectations during the whole job. He even cleaned the glass inside and out. He was very thorough with the whole repair. I will always recommend North Co Fire to all my friends and neighbors
This crew is absolutely the best . The office manager is responsive, and Technician Brian is delightful… he’s very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. One knows that the job has been done properly and that the company stands behind their performance.
Everyone I had the pleasure of working with at Northco Fire were fantastic! The service technician, Brian did a wonderful job on our electric fireplace. The fireplace had not been serviced for years, therefore had an odor and soot build up. Brian was extremely thorough, expressed much knowledge about his career, and was hands down one of the kindest people I've met. Our fireplace is working beautifully and I'll forever use Northco Fire for our fireplace needs. Thanks so much Brian!
We had a fireplace that had worked intermittently for years. It finally stopped working altogether. We called another fireplace company and had them come out. After about 30 minutes of investigation they told me it was not fixable and would be about $10K to replace! We subsequently learned about Northco and asked them to come out. It took a couple of try’s but eventually Brian, climbed up on the roof and found and incorrect flu cover had been installed. He ordered a new one and now it works perfectly! I feel very lucky to found Northco Fire to service our 21 year old gas log fireplaces units. Many fireplace service companies declined to take the job. Don the technician for Northco Fire did a great job.
Northco Fire did a great job making our 13-year-old gas fireplace look and operate like new. Tech was very professional and kept area clean while repairing/servicing the fireplace.
They are punctual and very professional. They took care of my fireplace, on the time promised, it was a pleasure to deal with them. Excellent work.
