I highly recommend NORTHCO FIRE. My 84-year-old father in-law’s fireplace is a source of comfort for him. When it quit working it was a bit of a crisis for him. I called 5 companies asking them to please help. NORTHCO Fire was the first to respond. They showed up when they said they would, fixed the issue in a professional and timely manner and charged what we considered a fair and reasonable price. What more could you ask for! Northco fire came to service our fireplace- we had been told by a heating company 3 years ago we needed to replace it. Joel assured me it was in great shape and had another 10-15 years of life left. He did a thorough clean and service explaining everything as he went along. Very happy with the whole experience. Will definitely recommend to all.
I have used NorthCo for fireplace repair twice now and wouldn’t think of using anyone else. They have fair pricing and very careful and efficient techs. I’ve been very happy with their services.
Called NorthCO Fire when I had our gas fireplace pilot light go out. Did all the relight steps according to the manual and nothing worked. NorthCO Fire came out and determined that the pilot and burner valve unit was no longer working. They replaced the unit and everything checked out. They were very knowledgeable and informative. They also cleaned the fireplace unit inside and out and it looked brand new. I would highly recommend NorthCO Fire to anyone who is having a problem with their gas fireplace.
Love these guys! Everyone is always knowledgeable and professional. The outdoor fireplace they installed allows us to use our outdoor space year round. We use them annually to maintain our fireplaces. We wouldn’t use anyone else!
I had an issue with my gas fireplace where it wouldn't light when I flicked the switch. It would take multiple flicks of the switch to get the fireplace to light. Joel came out and did a great job for a great price. I would highly recommend Northco Fire. Barry

Daughter had issues with her fireplace which required a couple visits to rectify. Northco Fire was very prompt and professional and after the second visit was able to finally fix the problem. Their employees are VERY professional and prompt. Office personnel were polite and easy to talk with. Finding a company that is concerned with the public is so refreshing in these times. They have my HIGHEST recommendations i can give!
