Dr Crowley is very personable and delivers painless dentistry. And she does a great job. Very thorough. I love the fact that they prepare the crowns in house-it made for a very precise fit. She is also timely-my appointment happened at the stated time. Very helpful support staff also.
I was very satisfied with my dental care today. The hygienist was pleasant and seemed very capable.plus gave me some tips for the care of my teeth.
This office is always striving to be state of the art with respect to dental care. New editions include a standup panoramic x-ray machine that is very fast and allows you to see things on a large computer screen immediately.Along with Technology this office has the friendliest people who make going to the dentist pleasant. Easy to get to, lots of parking and great service. Just keeps getting better.
I love the special attention that the entire staff at Northboro Dental Assoicates provides when you visit.
I really wasn't in the mood to see the dentist this afternoon, but my visit was easy and worthwhile. The staff members I encountered, at the front desk and in the exam room, were all polite, efficient, considerate and professional. I tell people that I have a dentist who is a perfectionist, and that approach to one's work is evident in his staff.
Well, I was in a hurry today for my routine visit. So, Linda agreed to take my x-rays and more information on my next visit. Today, I did experience Linda and an assistant counting and logging my chart. I asked Linda if this was something new and she said no. It was monitoring my gums over the years. Linda was an amazing and thorough hygienist whose inquisitive disposition helped identify a couple of issues that could be remedied preventatively while performing a great cleaning. Dr. Howells was great as usual.
My dental assistant was cheerful, knowledgeable, and efficient. She called to my attention some care for my teeth that I should do on a regular basis. She was concerned with my comfort and it was an easy session. No pain!
A crown on my front teeth broke off on Saturday. Left a message for Dr. Howell. I called on Monday and was told Dr. Howell did not come in until 11:00 am. I called after lunch and the receptionist spoke to Dr. Howell and I was told to come in at 2:15. Dr. Howell put the crown back on. I am most appreciate of Dr. Howell finding the time to put the crown back on. I am very happy with the staff and Dr. Howell for their help.
