On time. Always personable. Great experience. Always there for me if I have an issue.
Came in as a walk-in to the dentistry. Was able to get an appointment in the next hour. Got three fillings done without any pain. Staff was friendly and professional.
I have been going to Northborough Dental Assoc for a long time now. The ladies are very professional and kind. Making appointments are very easy. All the dentists there are very gentle since I am a baby and have fears of the dentist since I was kid.
As always, wonderful appointment. Cheerful staff make it a fun appointment. Who would have thought that I would look forward to having my teeth cleaning, but I do.
Everyone in Northboro Dental is always a pleasure to deal with, that's why after 30+ years, we travel from Douglas for our dental needs.
I have been going to Northborough Dental for ~20 years. I have great respect for all the dentist there and the hygienist are the best too! Today I had a cleaning and needed an old filling replaced. They fit me in for the filling : ) The office is clean and up to date on new technology. The staff is friendly and helpful too. I recommend Northborough Dental Associates without any reservations.
The care I receive every visit is incredible. I am instantly welcomed into the office as I enter and i am treated like family as I see Dr. Crowley-Le and her assistants. I refuse to go to any other office. I went in today with an emergency and Dr. Crowley-Le and her assistant assured me everything was going to be ok. And it is because of them that I am no longer in pain. Thank you to everyone today.
The hygienist and dr. Crowley were very good. They tried hard to make sure very thing was to my satisfaction which was very nice of them.
