I was greeted warmly and, minutes later, was seen promptly by my regular hygienist. I received a thorough exam and cleaning. In all, a good experience.
The lovely staff at Northborough Dental are AMAZING. I am terrified of the dentist, and they made me feel so calm and at ease during the whole process. While the doctor examined my teeth she was so mindful of my anxiety and was so good about asking me how I was doing, and telling me I was doing great. I would recommend everyone go see them!
When ever I have to go the "dentist" it is the last thing I want to do. Northborough dental has changed that....they are always friendly and you certainly get excellent work for what you pay for.
Great background music, custom made. From what i hear one of Dr. Howells many talents. As usual, a great visit with wonderful caring people.
Hi. Staff was great as I asked to push my appt. from 5:40 to earlier in the day and they were able to make it happen. The appt. went well and I was able to capture the day for some time with my boys. Thanks!
Very Professional, Patient and Pleasant Staffs
Dr. Howells kindly responded very quickly for needed replacement of a large old filling. I could not be more pleased and satisfied with the quality of care.
I had my two children with me when I had my routine check-up. The hygenist was more than understanding of my kids asking questions and moving around the exam room. The hygenist had nice conversations with the kids. Other staff came to the exam room to say hi to the kids and offer some distraction. I felt much more relaxed knowing my kids weren't being disturptive or behaving badly. The entire staff was so accommodating to my family and understanding of my situation.
After 10 years I believe I found a dental practice filled with compassionate, caring and respectful individuals. It will be my pleasure to travel 35 minutes knowing I will receive the proper care by a dentist and staff that can handle someone who has a horrible fear of the dentist!
