the service was excellent
As always, I was greeted by the pleasant staff at Northborough Dental Associates. After updating my paperwork, I was called in by Kelly for my dental cleaning appointment. As we made our way to her room, I was greeted by all staff we passed. Everyone is so nice. Although dental cleaning is not the most pleasant experience, Kelly made it easy and pain-free. My first visit to Northborough Dental was exceptional. Everyone on staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. During my cleaning and routine exam the doctor explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. I feel very comfortable continuing my dental care at Northborough Dental.
Unusual heading for a trip to the dentist - it is always a good experience to visit with the staff and Dr. Crowley. They are friendly and professional.
I found Dr. Howels very helpful, informative and patient with my questions. He answered all my concerns and was very explicit regarding the time needed for the procedure and the steps that would be taken. He did well, I feel, to lessen my anxiety and to feel confidant in his expertise. I decided to have the veneer done after this first meeting and visit with him.
I cannot say enough about this dental office! From the moment you walk in you are welcomed with smiles. All of the hygienists as well as dentists are just fantastic, knowledgeable, caring, kind and considerate. I honestly love going there... 10 years plus now...

Last night my experience was excellent. My hygienist was extremely thorough , asked probing questions to assist her better on her examination . Friendly and went above and beyond . The best experience I have had in s long time .
