It is so great to be able to go in for a new crown and have the old one removed, a new one measured and then made on the spot, and put it and checked for a perfect fit. Dr. Erikson was professional, thorough, painless and fun! Her assistant Hilary helped make things all go so well.
I have been a patient at Northborough Dental for over a decade. Very personable and terrific staff. I've had a few urgent needs over the years and they always accommodated me in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommend their practice.
great job. I thought I was in big trouble
I was able to schedule an end-of-year procedure, although I was dreading the crown that I knew had to be done at Northboro Dental right after Christmas; however, I found the process to be efficient and painless. The dentist and his assistant were attentive and professional. I really could not believe how smoothly everything went. I wish that I had not devoted so much holiday energy to dreading the procedure after all!
My daughter's cleaning and checkup went great, as usual. Her hygienist, B, takes the necessary time in answering questions and giving appropriate advice. She is clear and at the right level to whom she is talking to. The exam was performed by a dentist who was equally pleasant, clear, professional and discusses at the right level. A great experience all around.
Dr. Crowley is the best. Compassionate and knowledgeable. The staff at Northborough dental is friendly and efficient. The same faces over the years makes it a place where I feel comfortable. Won't go anywhere else for my dental care.
As always Karen was excellent! I always feel that i get the best care possible with Karen.
The new CAD crown making was great. The visit was painless until I checked out! 😂 Dr. Howells is the best!
