So it’s a real roll of the dice at this place if you’re going to get good service from Pat or not! Pretty much depends on whether he feels like fixing your car or if he has better things to do. Took a week to get an appointment, for an inspection with engine light on just for Pat to not answer his phone until noon then lie and say my car is next. No word from him by 3pm. Got a car from here and Bill was more than helpful! Got turned down for a loan for the car I initially wanted and Bill did some research and got me a car that I liked even more from his colleagues lot and got a solid price for me on it! When I was a kid we bought a couple family cars from him and they lasted us for quite a while. Solid guy who never makes you feel pressured.
Unprofessional and rude. do not buy a car from here.
