My visit was great. Everyone was very friendly. I was in and out in under an hour.
Dental repair was very quick and pleasant.
Dr Zeffery is wonderful . He explains every step to the procedure while keeping you educated, calm, and at ease. He is very thorough and thoughtful. We are SO happy we switched to Webster Dental Care

Staff is very caring. I don't like going to the dentist in the first place but their level of service will bring me back.
Overall I was very happy with my first experience at Dr. Shepherd's office. The oral hygienist did a great job explaining the purpose behind everything she was doing. However, maybe she could have been a little more gentle? My gums were sore the day following the appointment. I also wish I had a little more time with Dr. Shepherd.
I just had the Zoom whitening procedure done and I absolutley LOVE the results!
