Visit, as usual, was very good. i always feel like your office is extremely professional and patient focused. Last night i filled out the patient questionnaire i was asked to complete. i did not like that. I've been a patient for 18 years and was asked to waste a lot of time filling in information you already have. I also did not like the penalties for cancelling appointments in < 24 hours. Excellent service all around from front desk to assistants to DDS. Caring, gentle and personable. Exam was thorough and all services were explained in detail. Scheduling was convenient and accommodating. The atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant; NO FEAR!
Dr. Zeffrey and his staff are always efficient, kind, and timely. Elizabeth (the hygenist) was especially gentle on my sensitive teeth!
I broke a tooth on Saturday about 11:30AM. I then called Webster. An appointment was made for 12:30. By 2:30 Dr. Sheppard had neon the road with a temporary crown. Great big thank you for the timely repair.
Very quick and efficient.
I had a very friendly tech do a standard cleaning on my "excellent" teeth. She provided some good tips, as well as noticed a small defect on one tooth (enamel). It was brought to Dr. Zeffery's attention and he was already aware of it. I appreciated the attention, though! I was also on a tight schedule, to the staff did their best to get me done on time for a work appointment. Thanks!
