I recently returned to Webster Dental after neglecting my dental care for six years! I was extremely nervous about my visit after such a long time. But the minute that I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff members who immediately put me at ease.
Elizabeth did a great job of cleaning my teeth. I'm not an easy patient, but she was quick, efficient, and very kind. As always, Dr. Zeffrey did a thorough examination, and was extremely personable. .
As usual i have no complaints about the service that i receive from the front desk, the assistants and Dr. Shepard. they are always very nice.
We are secure that we received excellent dental care and we will return. We are eager to recommend the office to friends who ask for a dental group. The staff and dentist are professional and very friendly also.
The cleaning and check up was outstanding. Would highly recommend Webster Dental in Mundelein IL
Dental hygienist Elizabeth is very good in what she does ,very efficient and polite to her pt. love her
The secretary was incredibly friendly- someone you'd like to have a girls' night out with. The hygienist was awesome- she double checked all of my meds. She even researched my immune deficiency to make sure they knew what they were dealing with. She was incredibly thorough. Truly top notch! Then, Dr Shepherd came in and was also very friendly and thorough. I won't hesitate to return!
The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and Dr. Z is one of the best dentists in Lake County.
Everyone is always so nice and smiling and happy. I enjoy coming here and my teeth feel amazing after thanks to Christine
