My family and I needed to switch dentists due to insurance limitations. I found Webster Dental in Mundelein. I saw Dr. Terry Swanson. She and her assistant were very thorough, took their time, and explained everything. I didn’t feel like just another person sitting in a chair, waiting for a dentist to walk in, just to say “Looks good!” The office staff were very friendly, and willing to check my insurance for what I could have covered. The office is clean, and inviting.

Everyone at this office is incredibly professional and I felt very well cared for. I felt informed and comfortable throughout my check up. I hate going to the dentist and always get nervous but I never felt judged or embarrassed by anyone. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and am now glad to be taking my kids here. I really trust this office.
I recommend this office to anyone who discusses their dentist, or need for one. They do great work, but most importantly they treat me with respect and aren't "judgy." I was terrified of the dentist, but have overcome that with the help of Dr. Shepherd. I don't mind going in now. She works well with my phobias and doesn't hurt me (she is very careful with injections and does what she can to minimize those even!) If I have an issue she stops and lets me recompose. Like any service, this is all about the experience. With Webster dental care of Mundelein you get a great experience, from scheduling your appointment to the time you leave. Very professional team from beginning to end.
First experience with Webster Dental and am glad I made the change. I was seen right away by the friendly staff. The hygienist was gentle, thorough and knowledgeable. Dr. Shepard came in right away after my cleaning and extend the fast and friendly service.
