I chose Webster Dental Care over any others for one major reason. Per the Tribune, Webster Dental was chosen as one of the best places to work in the Chicago area. Happy employees generally means happy customers. And it is true... My experiences with Tiffany and Dr. Shepherd have been amazing. They listened to my concerns and overcame all of them. I strongly recommend Webster Dental Care!!!
Webster Dental is the preferred dentist office of my entire family even though none of us actually live in Mundelein. Their staff treats us like old friends and their dental care is top notch. Never had a bad experience in 5 years. Thanks Webster Dental!
My experience was excellent. This is a very pleasant office where you never have to wait and the staff is very friendly. The cleaning was completed in 30 minutes including all my XRay. Although I don’t like going to the dentist Webster Dental makes it a very positive experience. Would highly recommend Dr Shepherd in the Mundelein office

Being relatively new to Webster Dental Care our family of 4 really likes it here. From the close location and the friendly staff they really make you feel welcome. The wait time has been a fraction of other places but has a comparable amount of patients. We are very happy here and glad we were referred to this practice.

As usual, my experience at Webster Dental was outstanding! Been going there for many years and have always had great service by all of the staff.
Yesterday was my first visit at Webster and I was greeted warmly by everyone on staff. From the clerical staff, to the dental hygienist, to Dr. Swanson, everyone made me feel comfortable and took the time to get to know me. Dr. Swanson listened to my health concerns and willing to help me address them. I appreciate the care and expertise.
