5th and LAST Pilot from NS Honda...Management UNPROFESSIONAL To be clear this is my 5th Pilot leased from North Shore Honda and my LAST. I spoke directly with Sale Manager Phil Harvey for pricing. When discussing final lease terms we spoke of ZERO money down EVERYTHING in 39 lease payments. Suddenly, upon pick-up an additional $585 in motor vehicle fees were added on top of the lease first payment. lets be clear. ZERO down does not mean roll mv fees into the lease. it means no cap cost no taxes upfront. I tried to help by stating people don't roll in MV fees because they don't want to pay interest on it. I did not shout that. you rudely said I don't need comments from that guy. something to that effect. that was rude. funny how you neglect to say I gave you 184.00 off your COD when we did nothing wrong. your purchase order clearly stated the MV FEES upfront. Pleasant Experience! My wife and I spent roughly 3-4 weeks looking for cars and bounced back and forth between tons of options, ultimately North Shore, and Cindy are what made the difference. She was kind, not pushy in the slightest, helped us find a car that fit our needs and requirements and was overall a delight.

Deceptive practices with warranties The dealer cheats you with unnecessary warranties with the claim that it is required for the finance. Never take the dealers finance. NEVER! They are cheaters. Later when you cancel the warranty, the dealer does not return the money back either. Cheaters!
