Best experience ever!! This is the 3rd CRV that I've leased at North Shore Honda and I'll keep going back. Andrew Perry has been the greatest. He's helped me with every car even to the point of picking out colors for me. He took me for a test drive and explained all the new features on the 2017 as compared to the 2014 I was turning in. I'll be back! I have been leasing Honda's for 10 years now. One for me and one for my wife. Purchase of New Vehicle The Sale Representative Andrew Perry was very pleasant, polite and very knowledgeable of the vehicle that I purchased. I bought a 2017 Honda Accord Sports Special Edition. Top notch service I was greeted by a gentleman named Derek who was very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy going guy. He gave me the best possible price out the door on a Honda CRV that I didn't think was possible, but he made it happen and I couldn't be more happier! He really went out of his way and then some.

Deceptive practices MR. Cirami either purposefully lied about what honda care covered or has no clue what it covers. Based on how seasoned he is, it was intentional. We actually have recorded proof. We were also told he would be able to refinance us in 7 months. I'm sure that was deceptive as well, based on other reviews. I would err on the side of caution with this dealership. The general manager didn't even want to take the time to listen, which leads me to believe he is aware of what goes on.
excellent dealership on all levels comfortable and personable dealership, that is very attentive to customer needs. no "hard sell". have been a return customer for nearly two decades, with the same sales rep.
