My new accord!! I went in to take a look at a couple of cars at north shore honda they have an amazing selection. I met with cindy campos she was very knowledgable, patient and NOT pushy at all she answered all my question and knew everything about the features when it came down to price she explained everything to me and I walked out with my new 2014 Honda Accord my dream car finally I would recommend going to see cindy she is really the best!

GREAT EXPERIENCE EVERYONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND PROVIDED ME WITH WHAT I WANTED . THE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY PLEASANT COMPARED WITH OTHER DEALERSHIPS AND WAS OFFERED THE BEST DEALS.

No regrets Mr. Perry was very courteous and professional throughout the purchase of my new vehicle. He did not any apply any type sales pressure only addressed my questions and concerns during my visit. North Shore Honda should be proud to have an employee such as Mr. Perry.

Professional, and courteous Mr. Perry was my Sales Consultant, is extremely knowledgeable about the complexities of the new Hondas, which are highly automated. He has demonstrated the ability to share his knowledge in a way that anyone can understand. I was very comfortable speaking with Mr. Perry, he answered my many question as well as demonstrated the CR-V to me. I will not hesitate in recommending him to all of my friends.

The Royal Treatment As soon as we walked into the showroom we were treated with warmth - We truly were only going to "look" and had no intent to make a purchase - After being greeted by Andrew Perry and sitting with him and having him explain everything that we asked to professionally, we bought a Honda CRV (preowned) that day - Andrew made the difference - We hope that all the promises that were made to us in choosing the "honda care" package live up to all its promised to be

Professional, knowledgable, listens, honest and friendly We have been a customer for over 20 years. Recently our daughter and son-in law needed a car for their family. Bait and switch - even with a signed contract & deposit I just had the worst car buying experience at North Shore Honda. I found a certified Honda Odyssey Touring Elite through Cars.com, spoke with a new salesman Shaun, who proceeded to tell me their policy was to add a 10% fee + $695 to that price. After lots of back and forth with the sales manager, Matt, he said he would waive the 10% fee. While we priced the odyssey correctly we admitted and apologized for the listing as an elite.That was clearly our mistake. They came from New Jersey and were fully aware of the selling price. they were still getting an exceptional deal. I unfortunately had no room to move in the deal and they decided they did not want to go for it.
