Excellent customer focus Andrew does a great job of assessing your needs and getting you the vehicle you want within the budget you have set. He is very knowledgeable about all the Honda vehicles and gets you in your car with amazing speed and efficiency.

Happy owner of a 2018 CRV. I purchased a 2018 CRV Touring from North Shore Honda with Peter Aber as the salesperson. Peter Aber and his manger Phill Harvey explained the car features in great details and negotiated a great price for me. This is already my second purchase from Peter at the same dealership. And I will do this again in the future.
Unable to deliver what was promised. Be careful; they may offer incentive laden price with no intention on delivering a vehicle. I purchased a vehicle and waited 4 weeks; still no car. If this wasn't bad enough, there will be no contact/updates throughout waiting period. In the age of customer centricity it is crucial to keep consumer advised as to progress or lack thereof. Good price through trucar, no headaches North Shore Honda, and Peter Aber were very easy to deal with. The purchase went smoothly, and they did everything they were supposed to. The car was ready in two days. Peter was very helpful with showing us all of the technology features in the vehicle. All in all, a positive experience.
