My husband and I were searching the North Raleigh/Midtown area for a new dentist. Village dental is close by our home and I pass it everyday on the way to work. One day I decided to just call and make us appointments! We were able to get it together for our initial consultation and the entire staff was great! I thought the exam and cleaning went fine. Was pleased with the relaxed environment. Didn't feel pressured to buy additional services which I've experienced at other dentists and really don't care for!

The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because I feel there is always room for improvement somewhere. The staff is excellent. Very friendly and always willing to answer questions or help in any way.
In the time of my life that I have lived 50 plus years, I have never had an absolute amazing time at a dentist office. Starting from the moment I turned the door knob. Everyone there was truly wonderful. The gentle care that was given removes all fears away. Everything is explained and shown to you. Simply the best.
I'm speachless, really .. I misunderstood the timing of my procedure. That didn't stop the show, my dentist, and staff, took charge and worked it out! Thank you all soooooo much !!
