My husband was very impressed with your office. The staff was very friendly, and he said the hygenist was excellent. It was the best experience on having his teeth cleaned.
On time and work done well as best as I can tell. Verbal Instructions on follow-up action by me was clear, followed by written instructions. Hygienist was courteous, respectful and caring.
She is very knowledgeable and does an excellent job with cleaning. She makes you feel comfortable when doing the xrays as best she can.
I had a great dental experience with Village Dental of Greystone. Kristan took lots of X-rays and explained them to me as we viewed my teeth on the computer. Shannon cleaned my teeth and they felt "so good" afterwards. Dr.Martin came in and gave me an overall review. My dauther, Janet, recommed that I see her and I am so glad I did.
Thanks for making my visit more pleasant by having Chris clean my teeth. I really do appreciate your addressing my concerns re: different hygenists on each visit.
I was impressed by the little things that they did to make me comfortable. Right from the start, I felt like they were treating me as a person, not just another set of teeth. They showed it is possible to be friendly and very professional at the same time. They took me right at my appointment time. No extra time spent in the waiting room. I had a very enjoyable experience at Village Dental. The entire staff was very helpful and informative. Kris is a wonderful Dental Hygienist! Dr. Martin is also friendly and actually takes the time to talk to you to see how your dental experience in the office is going.
I am very pleased with and thankful to everyone who assisted in my care while at Dr. Martin's office. I have a terrible phobia about going to the dentist and at one point I wanted to leave but, Sarah talked me into staying and I am so happy that she did. My appointment went very well and I am thrilled with the results. My first time at village dental was great. I hadnt been to the dentist in years and was terrified to go. The staff was wonderful and warm. They were very informative and i cant wait to go back.
