As always, there aren't enough words to describe how great the staff at Village Dental - Greystone are to our family! We ended up having to arrive late AND with our 21 month daughter in tow. The staff members were so kind and understanding, helping us keep our daughter entertained, getting us in and out quickly, and setting up our next appointments was so easy! Love you guys!!
Service was on time and great as always, I love this place.
When I entered the Waiting Area, it was so inviting and the Front Desk employees were great. The first Dental Asst. I saw really gave me the run-down on what I was in for and she was right. She took a multitude of FREE X-rays and got all of my pertinent info. The Dental Hygienist came in and explained the Deep Clean & Scaling process. Then, the Doctor came in, all 6'4" of her. As always, the entire staff was dialed in to the task at hand and were courteous appreciative of my needs. Even better, I left with the same number of teeth I went in with!
I have been to several dentists in town and this has been the best practice of all. Only suggestions, sharpen scalers before every case and be sure to get into embrasures when polishing.
God Job on yanking those two teeth that were bothering me. I only felt a little discomfort on the right side and then you took care of it.
I usually dislike going to the dentist. I didn't go for several years until my husband recommended Dr. Martin. I am back on a regular dentist visits. I anymore painful visits to the dentist!
My first trip to this practice was great. The dental hygenist was fantastic...She explained everything thoroughly so I felt informed the whole time, and she made the routine exam/xrays very comfortable.
Relaxing atmosphere for a dental office, wonderful, caring, knowledgeable staff
