RecommendedThis office could not be more amazing! From care of my dogs, to kindness and compassion of all the staff, to flexibility with our needs! If you are looking for a vet that will always be there, this is the office!!! They have ALWAYS taken care of my babies from our first week in Alaska!!!
RecommendedAll the staff at NPVH are so kind, they take really great care of my dog. They are flexible when scheduling so I'm able to get in when my dog needs to be seen, they are quick to refill meds and offer some great discounts on routine care. I highly recommend them for anyone's pet care needs.
My concerns are not taking responsibility for when something goes wrong and use every reason why it wasn't their fault, only to say that this has never happened before. Then obviously there was a mistake with the procedure. No matter what they say I have Hugh concerns with this . Having alot of second thoughts about will I stay or go to another clinic, after talking to quite a few people they seem to feel the same way. I will continue to ask people questions about the service they have received
RecommendedI always take my hamsters to them, and they are truly amazing! They always go above and beyond, not just with getting my hamsters seen ASAP, but their immense compassion. They truly care about their patients, and I wouldn't take my hamsters anywhere else.
