RecommendedWe purchased a 2019 Forrester from Bob Morrocoin and his partner, Derek. Easily the best experience in decades of vehicle purchases. Both knowledgeable about the car and pleasant to haggle with. Would recommend them highly. On the follow up session we met with Josh to have questions about the electronics answered. Very helpful.

RecommendedIt seems first impressions are important here. Long story short we were ignored or not taken as a serious buyer by other salesman either by our appearance or our age, but Allen J. Service after sale is severely lacking. I had to take my Outback in 3 times for them to finally replace the radio when it was new. I tried to use the extended warranty they sold me to troubleshoot an electrical issue that causes my headlights to burn out quickly. I was told that the electrical wouldn't be covered in the bumper-to-bumper warranty because they have to have a part to send back to the manufacturer.
