I’m 63 years of age and I’ve bought numerous cars in my lifetime. By far, the best car buying experience I’ve had was today at North Park Subaru on San Pedro. I was very lucky to have Estevan Sanchez as my salesman. He was very respectful and professional. No pressure whatsoever. I told him what I was looking at as far as the deal and he matched it. Also a very positive experience with the finance guy. Left very satisfied and happy with my new Subaru Outback!

The entire staff is welcoming & genuinely sincere with each person that comes through the door!! They are also dog friendly & even have a dog park at the dealership!!!! I've bought two Subaru's from North Park. Both times exceptional service, with this purchase from Allen H. Walked in for a base model WRX, walked out with a Limited STi. My Son couldn't be happier ;)
They called me and told me that I was approved for a truck so I drive there the next day and as we go to look at payments and terms they tell me oh we can’t finance the truck through our own bank because it’s got to many miles and also the payments that I had ask for they didn’t meet them either so I drove over two hours for nothing and wasted my time and never apologized at all or tried to make it up at all they tell you one thing then they change when you talk to them again every time
