We acquired 2 vehicles from here, 1 was a lease and 1 was purchased. They are more than cordial when it comes to money coming into their facility. Their service department lacks the same continuity. Dropped of our vehicle and was told it would be 4 hours. After over 6 hours I texted the number they gave me with no response. RecommendedTook my Impreza in for scheduled maintenance on April 20. All the techs were wearing masks, everything was clean and physical distance protocols were being followed. My car was ready when promised. I was very pleased with the service.

The staff at North Park Subaru make it obvious they don't care to help. I sent them a request to cancel my GAP coverage 2 weeks ago. I provided them with everything they requested inorder to submit the request, a simple request, and they have not been able to accomplish this request. I've been texting my salesman and he said he was notifying the proper individual and when I asked why it has taken 2 weeks, he referred me to a Brian Simpson.
