Waited a week for my appointment after 5 years of not going there because they weren't on my insurance list. Walked in and while filling out paperwork I was called over because previous insurance 5 years ago didn't pay so they have to have almost $500 in cash before they can see me! Sad to see money is more important then health! Cancelled my daughters appointment too!
I Absolutely LOVE Dr Lambert and his staff! He has taken such good care of my family for years! I will never trust another Dr like I do him! He is so kind and gentle, always listens and truly cares for his patients! He is the best, thank you Dr Lambert for everything you have done for me and my family! I truly adore you!
The nurse that does the blood work is so unfriendly...thats sad
We are very impressed with the professionalism that is constantly delivered in a very personable way. This applies to the very helpful folks at the front desk, to the dedicated staff who support the PAs and the Doctors!
