Excellent services and a very comfortable and quiet place to live. I recommend it.
The lady that showed me the apartment was great. I didn’t get approved for the apartment and 3months later and still haven’t received my refund of the administrative fee and when I talked to someone she gave me different answers about it as if she didn’t know. I can never get a answer when I call, it’s ridiculous how you have to pay this fee to apply but then when you get denied it takes them forever to refund your money not happy at all
Mauricio Andrade from the Pegasus Residential Service Team did an excellent job fixing my disposal. He was professional, respectful, and efficient. The issue was resolved quickly, and everything is now working perfectly. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

INFESTED with roaches. The apt i had was on the 2nd floor. 1 bedroom. Very nice i must say but day 1 i noticed a roach. It got so bad that i had to buy roach traps to show how BAD it was. Almost everyday it was not 1 but multiple roaches. The place was spic and span everyday! It got so bad i couldn't even leave my dog bowls out empty at night because it will be some hiding in there. 0/10 recommend. They will have people come "spray"'but it is definitely a building issue.
