Verified Renter I have been a resident of this community for over four years and I’ve only had great experiences. The front desk management are very kind and friendly. The staff that does Repairs are quick and efficient. If I have anything from my burnt lightbulb to needing a door handle fixed the request lightbulb immediately process and I get someone same day or within 48 hours. Verified Renter Overall it’s been great. The noise could be better in the sense that I can hear every time someone opens and closes their front door and when people are walking down the hallway talking.

Verified Renter As a Coplace! West Boynton resident for 8 years, I can't speak highly enough about the Cortland management team & service staff. I consider Cortland West Boynton my home, mainly because the property is very well maintained, all the staff are very friendly & professional, & there's always events held to invite community participation such as holiday parties, wine tasting, mother's day events-the list goes on. I love this place!

Verified Renter This apartment complex is very attractive, well-maintained and extremely quiet all hours of the day. The staff is very friendly and quick to make any repairs or adjustments. I don’t think Apartment living could be any better unless it over looked the ocean!

Verified Renter This apartment has a lot of potential if the staff listened to our complaints. Mailbox has been broken into multiple times. After giving them many suggestions like cameras or a gate installed, no action has been taken after many months of us waiting. Place is always sketchy after hours. Cars are littered on the main street, most appear to be non functioning. Lack of security, high rent and unresponsive leasing staff. Would not recommend.

Verified Renter I think Cascades has the potential to be a 5 star property. There are things that I pay for as a resident that should be easily accessible and functional. There are gym machines that need tending to, the pet washroom also needs to be fixed or replaced, the proper sanitation at the dog park, both the pools being functional, and possibly security. Verified Renter Best community to live in. Maintenance staff respond promptly to work orders . Leasing staff always makes me feel welcomed coming in. Largest gym I’ve ever seen in a community and they have two big pools.
