RecommendedThe staff and doctors are very polite and courteous. They take time to answers all your questions and the environment in the office has very warm and welcoming feeling. Their office is in a great, convenient location and they are very punctual with appointments and don’t make you wait very long, 5 minutes has been the longest for us.
RecommendedDr Koeppel has taken great care of both of my girls. My older daughter recently had some health concerns that required multiple out of town drs visits to specialists. We started in Jacksonville and ended up in Gainesville because we wanted a second opinion that Dr Koeppel also felt was warranted. She has done a great job of coordinating my daughters care. It is invaluable to have a good pediatrician, who can coordinate health care, when it turns out to be more than a common cold and you must seek treatment out of town.

Recommendedwe've been using North Florida Pediatrics for the past 8 years. we have always had excellent service with a very caring and loving approach. like any doctors office sometimes wait times can vary, however once you were with the provider they give you all the attention that you need. we are assigned to Dr. Koeppel but have seen every doctor in the office. All of them are equally amazing! I am so thankful that they always take the proactive approach when caring for my children.
