We've had many surgeries here and have always been pleased. Not so today. All day it was the kind of frustration you feel when you board the plane, it pulls away from the gate, and then you sit on the tarmac for hours. What was to have been a 1hr procedure included 9hrs of just waiting around. A totally wasted day and I'm pissed.
