Excellent experience! Family was kept updated during surgical process. Doctors, nurses, and staff were professional and clearly knew what they were doing. Good post-op instructions and follow-up.

Dr. Thrift and his nurses were nothing short of amazing. On New Year's eve I was looking for emergency care & all facilities were closed. My husband was quite ill. This facility was open& although they are a surgical center they took incredible care of my husband. When a bed opened up @ around 2:30am New Year's day they at Presbyterian the called an ambulance & transferred him. Dr. Thrift was right on with in his diagnosis & care. My husband had reconstructive surgery of his thumb due to RA (rheumatoid arthritis). Because of the number of surgery facilities we have been exposed to in the past 10 years, (A LOT-3 this year alone), we can say this facility and all the staff were awesome. Clean, organized, caring staff, and as on time as possible. I would not hesitate to use this facility and staff again...I highly recommend it as well.

I was there at the Paragon Infusion Center for a new medication I was starting for my MS. It's a Chemo-type drug... I had such an awesome experience with the nurses who took care of me! I was there for a 6½ hour infusion and it was so pleasant I felt like I was at home. I can't say enough of how awesome those nurses were! They "Rock!" Thank you so much Tara, Amy, and Dionne!!!! I loved this place! They give you a white robe to wear over scrub pants and gown including socks! I was treated great! Warm blankets while in MRI. Pleasant experience all the way around!
