Everyone at this facility is so kind and compassionate, and I feel I have the BEST orthopedic doctor in the whole entire universe! The minute I walk in to check in for surgery Up till the time I’m ready to go home, I’ve had nothing but OUTSTANDING, EXCELLENT customer service. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. John Baker as an orthopedic specialist, and the WHOLE facility to have your surgery done at. I have had injections here and they have always take great care of me
Have had both my knees replaced at this hospital in 2019! Right knee in January, and left knee in November. Highly recommend this hospital. I only stayed 1 night after each surgery and the food served was 5 🌟!! Love the chicken salad sandwich!!! Was very accommodating for my daughter who stayed the night with me as well. Couch converts to a bed and she was very comfortable. Nurses are kind and knowledgeable. Physical therapists get you up and moving the day of surgery. All very respectful.
I had a full knee replacement today and it’s 10pm and I would give this place an A+. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ five star service! great nursing staff, great Physical Therapist, chef created food. I’ve already walked the halls with a walker (hey, HIPPA, am I sharing too much?) Anyway, as a grateful patient on day one, I just wanted to share my overwhelming gratitude for this quality hospital north Texas is blessed to have. Highly recommend!
