Had a horrible experience this evening, they sent us an email to buy our truck or see how much we could get, said it would take 20 minutes, so we thought ok we'll see. The sales man also said 15-20 minutes. ....we are very patient people -I used to work in customer service so I know how it is-that being said- we were there waiting with 2 kids for over an hour and after we got tired of waiting we went over to find them and they still had no answer. My first being there, but the customer service, was excellent. Cody Walters is an excellent representative. He was very cordial and helpful. Answer all my questions. Above all it was all good Coffee wad great. Awesome service. I would definitely go back. :)

Well we weren't able to get into a car but they were still real professional & courteous to us. There was a fair selection of certified used cars to choose from. Wish things would of worked out. Maybe next time guys!!
