As a first time car buyer; I was a little nervous because I did not know what to expect as far the auto loan approval goes. Great staff always willing to help. We have purchased 2 vehicles from north Bakersfield Toyota, and have serviced them for 9 years at this location. all of the sales, service, and parts staff have exceeded my expectations and I will not use any other dealer in town!
