My experience at north Bakersfield Toyota is always great because of Cody. Cody is awesome and always takes care of all my needs. I have many friends and family that go here because of Cody. Thanks for making my experience always a great one.

Rachel is my fave person there, but the service staff is very nice and they explain things until you understand them and the costs. They also recommend places for work they cannot do. Sales staff is fairly knowledgeable and helpful, and also not as high-pressure as some other dealerships. I keep going back!
Just bought a Corolla, my salesman was Troy Carter. He was friendly, when I went back the next day he took the time to answer any questions I had.
James Chon and Xavier are the BEST hands down!! Our experience didn't start off too well, but James and Xavier made sure we didn't leave unhappy. I ended up purchasing a 2015 nissan altima and I love it! I would recommend them and North Bakersfield Toyota to anyone!

We had a great experience from all employees. Very friendly and helpful. Amir and Issa went out of their way to give us the best deal possible. We will come back for sure.
