I have to say, what made our experience at North Bakersfield Toyota great was our sales rep. RUBY, he was very patient and honest with us. He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to help us get the car we we were looking for. Not only he has lots of years of experience , but he is very honest honest men. He is also bilingual. Anyone interested in a car, Ruby Ocampo is the person to go.

I could not be more happy. Everyone at this dealership treated me with the upmost respect and helped me through the whole process of buying my car. I had a 1:30 appointment. They guy said they were really busy so it would be about 2 hrs. I saw them letting other people know what was taking so long but nobody said a word to me. At about 4:50 ( right before closing) they told me that my car was ready. This was just for regular scheduled maintenance. I was not happy at all.

They are the best dealership I have ever dealt with. There Service Dept. is wonderful the Man I talk to there is Chris Moynier and He takes good care of My car there and the Parts Man there Larry Luna is really good there to for any parts that I need
2 hours for a tire rotation is unacceptable! No appointment needed so they said.
