After 3 years of service, we suddenly had what looked like a cockroach in our home during the intense rains we had. David took the time to inspect the bug we captured in a bag and confirmed what the office staff had told us the day prior...the bug was not the intrusive kind. David also took the time to inspect our home carefully, provided advice on keeping certain areas around the outside of the home clear, and sprayed for pests around the entire home. We haven't had a problem since (about 3 weeks ago).
Thank you, Ami and John for your great service. I really appreciate your hard work servicing our house. We have been completing many repairs and updates to our home and they have helped us to protect our investment with their recommendations.
